Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe a few months now and I keep coming back, so thought I'd write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am UK based, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like. What got me on it was genuinely a bit daft — I could never get my head round what an each way payout actually was when the place terms changed. Basically I'd guess and then be surprised. Now type the odds in before every slip, even a simple single bet. The single bet calculator is the bit I use most — type in the price and your stake and you get returns instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn't matter. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — trebles returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, and that's where most people I know mess it up. Have a go yourself, it's here what is a lucky 63 and there's no login wall, which I appreciated. One thing that genuinely shifted things for me was the nerdier extras. The implied probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutching one gets used a fair bit when I'm splitting a race. Couple of gripes. Its interface feels pretty plain — zero polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it's fine although the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. Also there's no proper app, just the site — slight shame but you asked. Right, that's me. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If anyone still works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saves me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
